{"id":7,"date":"2013-02-20T23:07:41","date_gmt":"2013-02-20T23:07:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/riverpointemarina.einterzconsulting.com\/?page_id=7"},"modified":"2023-11-09T11:58:52","modified_gmt":"2023-11-09T16:58:52","slug":"marina-rules","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/riverpointemarina.com\/?page_id=7","title":{"rendered":"Rules"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"center\"><strong>RIVER POINTE MARINA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Rules and Regulations<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h1 align=\"center\"><em>For the benefit and enjoyment of all unit owners, the following rules and regulations\u00a0<strong>are enforced<\/strong>.<\/em><\/h1>\n<h1 align=\"center\"><em>Owners of units are ultimately responsible to inform renters and to enforce rules and regulations for their slips.<\/em><\/h1>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">SECURITY:<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0 Naples Police and Emergency Services<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">239-213-4844 or 239-213-3000<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">1.\u00a0 Dial 911 in the event of any emergency &amp; note 801 River Pointe Drive is the location of the marina.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">2.\u00a0 Report any suspicious person or activity immediately to Naples City Police.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">3.\u00a0 Any theft\/damage to cars or boats should be reported directly to Naples Police and to your own insurance carrier.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">PARKING:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">1.\u00a0 Twenty (20) spaces have been allocated for marina parking.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">2.\u00a0 Please inform guests, visitors and tenants of parking restrictions.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">3.\u00a0<strong>\u00a0NO<\/strong>\u00a0overnight parking of boats, trailers, campers, etc.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">4.\u00a0\u00a0<strong>NO\u00a0<\/strong>Vehicle repairs or trailer repairs are permitted on premises.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">5.\u00a0 Commercial vehicles are prohibited from parking on property except during service repairs of boats. Identify slip number of service.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">DOCKING, ENTERING &amp; LEAVING MARINA:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">1.\u00a0 The only legal way to enter the marina is by ramps or on a boat.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">2.\u00a0 Pets must be leashed and poop must be scooped!<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">3.\u00a0 Music and all other sounds must be kept to minimum level at all times to respect all units, especially from dusk to dawn.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">4.\u00a0 All electrical cords must meet GFI requirements and be in good working order. Keep all cords out of the water.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">5.\u00a0 Cleaning fish allowed at designated fish cleaning tables only.\u00a0 Dispose of fish parts in water, <strong>NOT<\/strong>\u00a0in garbage cans.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">6. Any boat docked at RPM must have Protection and Indemnity Liability Insurance coverage with a $300,000.00 minimum limit<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">7. Only a lesiure or recreational moterboat, sailboat, or watercraft which is self propelled and in &#8220;seawothy&#8221; (see definition below) condition shall be permitted to occupy any slip.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">8. One boat per slip, no boat rafting allowed (dinghies allowed with boats).<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">9. No open fires on boats or on dock areas.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">10. <strong>NO <\/strong>Refueling at docks.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">11. Marina approved dock boxes are provided for owner use.\u00a0 <strong>NO<\/strong>\u00a0coolers, fuel storage tanks, steps, boat cleaning supplies, etc. left on dock or finger piers.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">12.\u00a0 <strong>ALL CORROSIVE<\/strong>\u00a0materials, paint cans, batteries are to be removed from premises by owner and not in garbage cans.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">13. <strong>ALL<\/strong>\u00a0boat lines, hoses electrical cords, etc. shall\u00a0be neatly\u00a0coiled on racks provided.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">14. Secure boats so as to <strong>NOT<\/strong> protrude over common area walkways or docks.\u00a0 Dangling anchors (not secured) over bow of boats are dangerous obstacles for all boaters.\u00a0 Do not overhang the center channels that are marked with reflectors on main dock.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">15. AC and or Bilge discharge from boats shall be kept from spilling onto docks and finger piers.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">LENGTH OF PERMITTED BOATS:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">1.\u00a0 24&#8242; slips, #43-63\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0No more than 28&#8242; Length-at-water-line (LWL)<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">2.\u00a0 28&#8242; slips, #1-36\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 No more than 34&#8242; LWL<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">3.\u00a0 48&#8242; slips, #37-42\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0No more than 44&#8242; LWL<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">4. Sailboats\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 No more than 4&#8242; Keel Depth<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">&#8220;Seaworthy&#8221; shall mean that a vessel is in working order and can be mechanically propelled under its own power except during periods of short duration when the vessel is actively undergoing repairs.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Approved by Board of Directors<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">January 4, 2021<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RIVER POINTE MARINA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.
